Just when I thought I was getting somewhere with the stupid borkiness, it goes and confuses me again! It appears it was not the hacks I had installed that were causing the borkiness, but some of my other downloads.   So,  a number of days ago I got my computer back from being fixed. This is a good thing *nods head*. Anyway, I went about installing all of my games back onto it, when I came to sims 2. I managed to install Sims 2 onto it, but when I tried to install Uni it installed it then immediately uninstalled it.
